• Lead and manage a team of draftsmen across disciplines to ensure quality and coordination in all project drawings and models.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving any technical drafting or modeling issues.
• Create, review, and manage Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with company standards, BIM protocols, and project-specific requirements.
• Support engineers with technical detailing, model updates, and documentation.
• Mentor and train junior draftsmen in best practices and software usage.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to deliver coordinated design packages on time.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM or drafting leadership role.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, multi-disciplinary coordination, and construction documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional drafting teams.
