A technology consulting firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced program manager to oversee the Customer Care & Billing Merger & Upgrade. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ecosystem integration projects and experience with CC&B upgrades, along with relevant project management certifications. Responsibilities include managing timelines, execution plans, and customer satisfaction throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of complex ecosystem integration projects and experience in CC&B upgrades is essential for this role.
- PMP Prince 2 Or Similar Project Management certifications.
Responsabilités
- Oversee the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Merger & Upgrade as a multi-phase program ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
- Manage program execution with a focus on interdependencies across multiple projects and system reintegration while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that acceptance criteria for the merger and upgrade are met.
- Track detailed execution plans from vendors and third parties and proactively remediate risks.
- Manage workstream PMs & Leads.
