PMP Prince 2 Or Similar Project Management certifications.
Responsabilités
Oversee the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Merger & Upgrade as a multi-phase program ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
Manage program execution with a focus on interdependencies across multiple projects and system reintegration while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure that acceptance criteria for the merger and upgrade are met.
Track detailed execution plans from vendors and third parties and proactively remediate risks.
Manage workstream PMs & Leads.
