CRM Specialist Real Estate Developer

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as a dedicated point of contact for buyers investors and tenants.
Manage client interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.
Resolve client queries ensuring high satisfaction levels across the sales lifecycle.
CRM & Database Management
Maintain an organized database of prospects and clients in CRM software (Zoho Salesforce or similar).
Segment and categorize clients based on their buying stage preferences and property interests.
Ensure CRM data accuracy transaction status updates and communication logs.
Client Onboarding & Support
Handle SPAs contracts and assist with documentation coordination.
Guide clients through onboarding processes and company services.
Provide post-sale and post-rent support with documents DLD registration and other formalities.
Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead qualification and nurturing.
Engage with leads via calls email and WhatsApp to ensure conversion potential.
Monitor follow-up timelines and ensure timely response to all inquiries.
Cross-department Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Admin teams to streamline client handlingli>
Offer customer feedback and CRM insights to improve service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
3 5 years of proven experience in a real estate development company in a CRM or client servicing role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho HubSpotli>
Familiarity with DLD (Dubai Land Department) regulations and document procedures is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
