Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive the product lifecycle from discovery and research through delivery and iteration.
• Market Insight: Identify and validate problems worth solving using data, user feedback, and market trends.
• Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
• Rapid Experimentation: Run fast-paced tests to validate assumptions and learn quickly.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Decision-Making: Make decisive calls, including when to pivot or discontinue initiatives that don’t deliver value.
• Measurement: Track and measure success using KPIs and qualitative feedback to inform future iterations.

Requirements

• An Entrepreneurial, creative individual who can take macro issues and define products that customers will love.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in financial services or technology.
• An education in computer science or a STEM degree from a top tier university.
• Strong understanding of working with a wide range of APIs and how they can be consolidated and integrated into partner ecosystems.
• Experience with product discovery, agile delivery, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams.
