Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution : Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Deriv's objectives, focusing on expansion in Africa and other regions. Set performance targets and allocate resources effectively.
• Leadership and team development : Lead and mentor the Global Partnership team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of strategies.
• Affiliate network management : Manage recruitment, onboarding, and relationships with affiliate managers, focusing on growth in Africa and other markets, and resolving partner concerns promptly.
• Risk management : Identify and mitigate risks such as fraud and abuse, especially given diverse regulatory landscapes.
• Campaign optimisation : Plan and monitor affiliate campaigns, using analytics to understand trends and improve performance.
• Interdepartmental collaboration : Ensure effective cooperation between teams like Product and Compliance to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years managing large affiliate teams
• Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proven success in creating and executing affiliate campaigns
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strategic decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
