Skills
- Define and drive the Geo product strategy across both passenger and driver experiences, aligned with overall company goals
- Lead and grow a team of product managers and analysts focused on geo-related systems and features
- Partner with engineering, product, and marketplace teams to improve key metrics such as pickup time, location accuracy, conversion, and reliability
- Own the quality and performance of map data, location intelligence, and address resolution infrastructure
- Use data, market insights, and user research to prioritize initiatives and inform product decisions
- Proven experience in product leadership, ideally in logistics, mobility, mapping, or other geo-intensive domains
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience working with or managing analytics functions
- Familiarity with geospatial technologies, routing engines, and address database systems is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to ship impactful features and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Relocation to company offices in Kazakhstan or Cyprus;
