Job description
Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Product Specialist who is passionate about digital solutions and customer experience. As a key member of the Digital Team, this role acts as a bridge between business and IT, supporting the implementation and optimization of digital systems that drive commercial growth across GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Product Development: Assist in executing product enhancements and feature rollouts across platforms such as Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud), SAP Hybris, Syndigo, Adobe Experience Manager, and Agent Platforms.
  • System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor and maintain digital systems, ensuring smooth operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives using agile methodologies.
  • Data & Performance Tracking: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Support UAT, SIT, and Smoke Testing for new features and system updates to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Documentation & Process Support: Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, processes, and system configurations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Digital Product Management.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications; familiarity with integrated digital architectures; knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools.
