Job summary
A major food and beverage company in UAE is seeking a proactive team member for their Corporate Procurement team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and understand internal customer requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary, along with UAE nationality and no prior experience required. This role is integral to optimizing supplier relations and driving cost-saving projects.
Qualifications
- Must be an UAE national with a family book.
- No prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with suppliers for various categories.
- Understand internal customer requirements and devise sourcing plans.
- Prepare roadmap for process simplification and purchase transactions management.
- Negotiate contract including payment terms with suppliers.
- Control mechanism at system level by entering relevant information in Contract/PO.
- Meet service levels as agreed with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance improvement.
- Drive consolidation projects to reduce waste and optimize supplier base.

Education
You will be an integral part of one of our Corporate Procurement teams managing the end-to-end procurement process & people to help the business make better decisions.

- Conduct Supplier evaluation, Supplier performance improvement, Supplier rating.
- Drive consolidation projects to reduce waste and optimize supplier base. \
KPIs will be based on projects.
