Job summary
A luxury hospitality resort in Dubai is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join its Finance team. The role involves procuring goods and services in a timely manner, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in the upscale luxury hotel sector, with strong communication skills in English. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the resort's exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

This role involves responsible, timely procurement of goods and services for the resort, ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.
- Procure goods and services for the resort in a timely manner to support operations.
- Ensure cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships to meet the resort’s needs.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
