Roles & responsibilities

Manage the founders daily calendar meetings and appointments to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient use of time

  • Coordinate meetings calls and basic travel arrangements when required
  • Handle professional communication via email WhatsApp and phone with clients partners and internal teams
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business and personal information
  • Prepare simple documents summaries and reports as needed
  • Organise digital files folders and important information
  • Perform basic online research and provide clear summaries
  • Support both business and personal tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
Desired candidate profile
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field is preferred
