Job Summary
We are seeking a trustworthy, well‑organized, and multitasking professional to support the CEO with both personal household responsibilities and home office operations. This role combines personal assistance, household management, administrative support, and basic customer care/telesales duties. The ideal candidate should be flexible, discreet, presentable, and comfortable working in a home‑based professional environment while managing diverse responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Personal Support
- Prepare coffee, tea, and basic meals for the CEO
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the house and home office
- Manage household supplies and daily upkeep
- Take care of the CEO’s pets during travel (feeding, basic care, cleanliness)
- Ensure the home office is clean, organized, and work‑ready at all times
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and reminders
- Handle emails, correspondence, and follow‑ups
- Assist with day‑to‑day personal and professional tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Administrative & Office Support

- Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, document handling, coordination)
- Use Microsoft Outlook, email systems, and basic MS Office tools
- Manage and post job listings on online job portals (basic level)
- Assist with internal coordination and record‑keeping
Customer Care & Telesales Support
- Handle online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and portals
- Support basic customer care activities and follow‑upsAssist in telesales and lead coordination when required
- Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, email, and MS Office
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities
- Trustworthy, respectful, and discreet
- Willingness to work in a live‑in arrangement
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or Administrative Support is an advantage
