A global engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the full recruitment life cycle. You will engage candidates, negotiate terms, and support HR initiatives while maintaining records. The ideal candidate has expertise in recruitment processes, strong negotiation capabilities, and excels in behavioral interviewing. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to developing an effective talent pool to meet urgent requirements.

Responsibilities
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
As per provided JDs search talent from external sources (CV portals, social Media).
Match candidates as per given criteria and negotiate the T&Cs.
Engage candidates to win the candidate’s commitments throughout hiring and mobilization process.
Develop an effective talent pool for various positions to meet the urgent requirements.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Support Team Leader / Specialist in the development and implement effective onboarding plans.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications
Expertise in the full recruitment life cycle, including preparing JDs, posting, and managing applicant tracking systems.
Required Skills
Proficiency in using CV databases, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn), and social media for active candidate search.
Strong ability to negotiate compensation, terms and conditions (T&Cs), and closing offers with candidates.
Excellent behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills.
