Job summary

A recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Assistant to support HR processes and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR, 3-4+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining records, and supporting policy development. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is preferred. Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating onboarding staff processes.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintaining employee records accurately.
  • Processing employee requests and maintaining HR databases.
  • Supporting the HR team in policy development.
  • Coordinating training and development programs.
  • Addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews.
