Job description
Job Opportunity: HR & Recruitment Specialist (Real Estate Sector)
Location: Bay Square, Dubai, UAE
Industry: Real Estate
This role combines recruitment and human resources operations and is ideal for someone with a strong background in the Dubai real estate sector.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate HR/recruitment in Dubai
- Deep knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (additional language is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes
- Draft employment contracts
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Coordinate PRO activities for employment visas
- Track probation periods and employee milestones
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR records
- Monitor employee KPIs and support performance reviews
- Drive internal communications, announcements, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with all HR documentation and processes
This is a strategic position requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive professional.
