Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Team Leader for the OSD plant. The successful candidate will oversee production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards while managing cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. Ideal candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role, along with a relevant educational background. The role will require strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the OSD production process.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize output.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth material availability.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and mentor production staff.
