Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the order management team to meet goals.
- Serve as the primary client contact post-sales, ensuring clear communication.
- Review orders and contracts for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Work with Engineering on drawings, approvals, and documentation.
- Track order progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
- Client relationship management and communication skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of order‑to‑cash process in construction supply / manufacturing.
- Understanding of contracts, warranties, and commercial terms.
- Proficiency in WBS systems and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Candidates from the manufacturing, construction, steel or cladding industries would be more relevant.
