Job summary
A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the cleaning team and ensure the highest sanitation standards. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the foodservice industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include supervising daily cleaning tasks and training staff to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in stewarding or related field within a luxury environment.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the foodservice industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the stewarding team in daily cleaning tasks.
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchen equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding cleanliness and service promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in stewarding or a related field within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the foodservice industry.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
