Position: Programmes Development Section Head
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as international development, social sciences, or business administration.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in programme development, project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international development principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully securing funding for development projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic are required.
