Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactiveRetail Sales & Training Coordinatorto join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will take charge of training sales promoters, ensuring store readiness, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting retail operations across our partner locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit and support partner retail stores across Dubai to ensure visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and sales readiness
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and partners
  • Conduct product knowledge and sales technique training for in-store sales promoters
  • Regularly update and improve training materials and manuals to align with new product launches and campaigns
  • Act as a communication bridge between front-line sales teams and internal operations/back-office
  • Monitor sales team performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvements
  • Identify and approach new retail leads and opportunities to expand market presence
  • Assist in organizing retail events, in-store promotions, and special product launches
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management team
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales training, or retail operations coordination
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in leading training sessions
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and store locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital training tools is a plus
  • A team player with high adaptability and a problem-solving mindset
