Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor responsible for overseeing all plumbing and drainage installation activities. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of supervisory experience in MEP projects, with strong knowledge of plumbing systems and excellent leadership skills. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing daily tasks of technicians, and supporting the commissioning of plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in plumbing and drainage supervision in MEP projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing and drainage drawings.
• Good communication leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plumbing and drainage installation works.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers and attend site coordination meetings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets project standards.
• Ensure plumbing activities follow site safety rules and conduct toolbox talks.
• Assist in pressure testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Maintain daily progress reports and assist with documentation.
