Job summary
A leading logistics company is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Supervisor to lead teams within its fast-paced environments. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 1 year of employee management experience. Qualifications
- 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
- Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate others.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within AMZL and FC environments.
- Lead, train and develop high-performing teams.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions.
