About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensure smooth inventory management. The ideal candidate will maintain stock accuracy, organize the warehouse efficiently, and support the procurement and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods: Facilitate Goods Received Voucher (GVR) with the Service Team or Pharmacist and record Goods Received Notes (GRN) with the Inventory Supervisor.
Inventory Management: Record inventory movements, including stock transfers between warehouses, bundling, and unbundling drafts.
Stock Accuracy: Monitor and track stock levels both physically and in the system to ensure accuracy.
Warehouse Organization:
Store products on shelves in an organized manner.
Maintain designated areas such as Quarantine, Returned, Defective, Expired, Empty Boxes, Packing, and Dispatch.
Manage temperature control and maintain related records.
Ensure hygiene control and maintain checklists and records.
Oversee pest control management and maintain associated records.
Procurement Support: Procure and prepare reports for delivery boxes, labeling materials, and packing accessories.
Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for spare parts, medical devices, and demo devices.
Order Preparation and Dispatch: Prepare daily delivery orders, inspect them, and coordinate dispatch with the delivery team.
Documentation: File invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Knowledge of temperature and hygiene control standards is a plus.
