Job summary

A luxurious hotel chain in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to manage the engineering team and ensure maintenance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in engineering roles. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations and responding to guest requests while checking essential hotel systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Literate in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule.
• Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties.
• Ensure all operational departments have required engineering support.
• Check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel.
• Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel.
