The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, will prioritize guest satisfaction, and will assist in hiring and training staff. The role involves various responsibilities, including oversight of staff grooming, completion of opening and closing duties, and promoting a safe work environment. Candidates with at least two years of related experience will thrive in this position and help uphold the company's commitment to well-being.
Formación
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure staff is working together as a team to optimize service.
- Complete opening and closing duties including organization.
- Assist management in hiring and training employees.
