A leading global consulting firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Partners and Executives. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and at least two years of experience, preferably in a similar environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum of one to two years of EA experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience preferably within Big 4 firms or global companies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level support to a small group of Partners and Executives.
  • Organize and manage comprehensive diaries, travel, and accommodation.
  • Prepare expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis.
  • Screen phone calls and messages, referring to relevant team members.
  • Coordinate client events both internal and external as required.
