Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional manner
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring expenses for the office
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
