Office Administrator Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in office administration and be willing to work hard to help our business succeed. We are offering a salary of 1300 per month and are open to consider foreigners.



Job Description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes managing files, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and other related tasks as needed. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day office operations including filing systems and mail processing.

  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations and other materials as required.

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and set up conference calls.

  • Organise travel arrangements for staff members including flights, accommodations, transportation and visa applications.

  • Greet visitors and handle incoming telephone calls.



Skills & Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
