Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator Manager to oversee and lead the visual content creation for our luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, and collaborating with the external marketing agency to develop and execute impactful campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with an eye for high-end visuals, a deep understanding of our brand identity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of design quality across all platforms.
Please note: We are only considering candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience in content creation and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Vision & Creative Leadership
- Curate compelling visual narratives for campaigns, digital lookbooks, and editorial shoots.
- Lead and manage the graphic design team, guiding them to create high-quality visuals that align with the brand's vision and luxury image.
- Develop creative concepts, themes, and ideas for a variety of platforms, including Instagram, website content, marketing collateral, catalogs, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Oversee the development of content for both digital and print formats, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Ensure the timely delivery of campaign visuals and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the outsourced marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
- Act as the main point of contact between the in-house creative team and the external marketing agency, coordinating schedules, campaigns, and design deliverables.
- Develop content strategies that align with the brand’s heritage, high-end positioning, and target audience, with a focus on engagement, exclusivity, and storytelling.
- Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and image across all platforms.
- Public Relations & Brand Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with high-profile media, influencers, stylists, and luxury editors.
- Lead the visual and design team, must have a good connection with the outsource marketing companies.
- Position the brand in top-tier luxury publications and platforms.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of creatives, marketers, and PR professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage a team of marketing and creative professionals.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure the timely production and release of content for key events, campaigns, and product launches.
- Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure alignment with marketing goals and overall brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in high-end luxury marketing, creative direction, and PR — with a strong focus on jewellery, watches, or fashion.
- Proven experience in the Dubai luxury market is essential.
- Exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating sophisticated campaign work.
- Established network within luxury media, influencers, and event partners.
- Sharp understanding of global luxury trends and regional cultural nuances.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in Graphic designing.
