Position Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agriculture Nursery Manager to lead and optimize their 10 hectare nursery that acts as the backbone of the urban landscaping company in the UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning and transplanting.
• Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
• Train, guide and supervise nursery staff and workers.
• Maintain records of plant production, inventory and sales (if applicable).
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment and irrigation systems.
• Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.
• Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery, plantation or farm management.
• Experience with landscaping projects in the UAE.
