Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher for our FS2 (Foundation Stage 2) class. The ideal candidate will be an English speaker with a bachelor s degree in education or a related field capable of creating a nurturing stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports young children s development and prepares them for the next stage of their education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework or equivalent curriculum standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development.
  • Assess and monitor individual student regularly progress providing feedback and support tailored to each childs needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents caregivers and colleagues regarding student progress and wellbeing.
  • Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe clean and organized learning environment.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures including safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Education Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
  • Native English speaker (essential).
  • Proven experience teaching young children (FS2 or equivalent age group).
  • Familiarity with EYFS or similar early years curriculum frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a warm nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and development.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in first aid or child safeguarding (preferred).
