Lead Mechanical Design Engineer - (Industrial Refrigeration) - Sharjah, UAE - AED 23,000 per month (AED 276,000 Annually)

Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for leading innovative, high-impact projects? Our client is a market leader in advanced refrigeration systems and is seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to oversee their technical department and drive excellence across engineering operations. Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager you will be working within a team to deliver to exclusive clients.

My Client would be willing to consider applications from outside the UAE who are performing a similar positions and is open to relocating to UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical and design engineers.
• Take full technical responsibility for awarded projects—from design to commissioning.
• Perform high-level technical analysis : heat load calculations, flow diagrams, equipment sizing.
• Represent the company in client / consultant meetings to clarify technical requirements.
• Implement engineering best practices with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all technical documentation is correct and approved.
• Foster innovation, structure, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and team motivation abilities.
