Qualifications

• 35 years of MEP or building construction experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of HVAC plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
• Good knowledge of UAE codes and authority approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and oversee HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
• Review MEP drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for execution.
• Prepare technical documentation and as-built drawings.
• Troubleshoot on-site mechanical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to Municipality, DEWA and Civil Defence requirements.
• Support estimation, scheduling, and procurement activities.
