The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a specialist static mechanical engineering role. Responsibilities include developing specifications, reviewing engineering deliverables, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in mechanical engineering.
• At least 8 years in an Oil and Gas Industry Static Mechanical Engineering role.
• Competent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of static equipment for Oil & Gas projects.
• Review engineering deliverables for compliance with codes and standards.
• Mentor Mechanical Engineers and provide feedback.

Skills

Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div-1 & Div-2

Understanding of Client Specifications

Proficient in use of Software design tools

Technical specification preparation

Complex calculations for equipment design

Education

Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
