An engineering firm in the UAE is seeking a Tender Engineering Manager to coordinate and lead technical efforts during the bidding phase of HVDC projects. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the HVDC industry and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and managing budgetary constraints. Effective communication and team management skills are essential for success in this role, along with a willingness to travel internationally.
