About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Intern– IT Operations in Jumeirah Group Corporate.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Provide Technical Support and Help Desk assistance to employees, addressing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems via various communication channels.
- Assist in Active Directory Reporting and Reconciliation, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Provide "Hands & Feet" support for the movement of IT assets.
- Participate in Support & Incident management following ITIL processes.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and IT support tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
