We are hiring a skilled and experienced Supervisor-Vehicle Maintenance to join our client's private company in Abu Dhabi.

Performs supervisory duties in the implementation and management of a fleet operation and also performs supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment.
2. Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost-effective maintenance.
3. Maintains a complete inventory system by recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
4. Analyze maintenance costs and provide recommendations on replacement.
5. Ensure the maintenance records for all vehicles are accurate and up-to-date.
6. Communicate maintenance requirements to the manager to ensure maximum efficiency and implement corrective actions as required.
7. Prepare management reporting as required.
8. Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
9. Lead maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
10. Prepare regular weekly and monthly maintenance reports and parts usage.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical

Skills and Competencies:

1. Good communication in English; Arabic will be an added advantage.
