Job Summary

As a Product Manager you will play a key role in shaping the buyer and seller experience while driving monetization strategies. Reporting to the VP of Product you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with company goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems and is passionate about building customer‑centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, user interviews and data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Sales, Product Design, Marketing and Data Analytics teams to deliver high‑quality products and iterate on solutions.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user needs.
• Develop detailed product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor key product metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 45 years of experience in product management preferably in the classifieds space.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and user research methodologies.
