A leading real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive performance and lead a team of property consultants. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and a proven track record in sales management. This position provides access to premium projects and a strategic base at Yas Island.

- Lead and mentor a team of 10 Property Consultants
- Oversee day‑to‑day pipeline management and client strategy
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coach agents in closing techniques, objection handling and negotiation
- Liaise directly with developers for inventory updates and allocations
- Minimum 35 years experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or developer)
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high‑performing sales teams
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of off‑plan, secondary and luxury markets
- Ability to coach, close and lead by example
- Access to premium projects and exclusive developer launches
- Salary, commission, override on team deals and personal commission
- On‑time payouts and full marketing/admin support
- Strategic base: Yas Island branch
