Job summary

A leading company in engineering solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Specialist to support maintenance and modernization sales. Responsibilities include creating and qualifying leads, customer inquiry handling, and ensuring successful conversions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on administration tasks.
• Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and coordinate priorities accordingly.
• Excellent organizational skills able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English language skills both spoken and written. Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Creates, qualifies, and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Responds and resolves cancellation risks and monitors suspended contracts.
• Solves complaints and handles queries with customers.
