A leading company in engineering solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Specialist to support maintenance and modernization sales. Responsibilities include creating and qualifying leads, customer inquiry handling, and ensuring successful conversions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and CRM is a plus.

Competenze

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on administration tasks.
  • Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and coordinate priorities accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational skills able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent English language skills both spoken and written. Arabic is an added advantage.

The Sales specialist supports maintenance and modernization sales persons by creating and qualifying leads for them. The purpose of the role is to take care of customers by phone and ensure that we respond to their requirements and contact them proactively.

Responsibilities and key activities
Create opportunities
  • Creates qualifies and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
  • Responsible for making courtesy calls
  • Ensures successful conversions with existing and new maintenance customers
  • Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors while interacting with customers
Contract cancellation prevention
  • Responds and resolves cancellation risks
  • Monitor and resolve suspended contracts if any
Complaint and query handling
  • Solves complaints with the rest of KONE team
  • Handles queries
  • Supports the finance function in money collection
Support sales people
  • Qualifies leads and plans and schedules visits for farmer
Data quality and communications to ensure customer experience
  • Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person
  • Follows customers not visited; calls and identifies level of satisfaction and opportunity
  • Documents the customer and contact information maintains customer data
  • Updates CRM according to the communication of the hunter on outcomes of the meetings.
Are you the one
  • Bachelors degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on administration tasks.
  • Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and coordinate priorities accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational skills able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word Excel Outlook Teams) with SAP and CRM experience advantageous.
