Motivate Media Group the regions leading multi-platform content producer is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for Whats On Abu Dhabi the UAEs most trusted lifestyle and entertainment brand.

We are looking for an ambitious proactive and relationship-driven professional who can identify develop and close commercial opportunities across print digital social and event platforms. If you have a strategic mindset strong client networks and a passion for media and lifestyle content this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead advertising and sponsorship sales across Whats On Abu Dhabi's multi-platform portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients agencies and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lifestyle hospitality entertainment and tourism sectors.
  • Create tailored media and content solutions that meet client marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial marketing and events teams to deliver integrated brand campaigns.
  • Track performance manage renewals and ensure client satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
