  • Identify high-performing and underperforming channels.
  • Monitor marketing budget utilization and ROI.
  • Analyze lead flow from various sources and channels.
  • Track lead-to-sale conversion funnel across different touchpoints.
  • Identify drop-off points and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Segment leads based on demographics, behavior, and source.
  • Collaborate with sales team to assess lead quality by source.
  • Conduct market research on target audience preferences and behavior.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and demand patterns.
  • Provide insights on customer journey and decision-making factors.
  • Track industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and automated reporting systems.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics.
  • Real estate or B2C industry experience preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
