Job summary
A leading luxury hotel brand in Dubai seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure revenue targets are met, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and at least 8 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, handling guest complaints, and training staff to provide excellent service. This full-time position does not allow for remote work.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Luxury Hotel.
- Knowledge of local market and competition.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operations and assist in running day-to-day activities.
- Ensure food and beverage revenue figures are achieved.
- Supervise department employees and maintain service standards.
