Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and lead day-to-day operations of a Transport Recovery unit.
• Hire and manage recovery agents, drivers, and support staff.
• Coordinate recovery of vehicles/assets (breakdowns, repossessions, etc.).
• Deal with transport authorities, RTO, and police (as required).
• Oversee fleet management, GPS tracking, dispatch, and documentation.
• Build SOPs for asset recovery, service delivery, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities within the operational framework.
• Oversee all operational aspects, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring seamless processes and optimal efficiency to meet sales targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales and operations teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high‑performing and collaborative environment.
• Analyze sales data, market research, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and operational effectiveness.
