A leading hospitality company is seeking a strategic business leader for their property in Dubai. The candidate will oversee all operations, ensuring high levels of guest and employee satisfaction, while driving financial performance and brand initiatives. This role requires significant experience in management and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a successful background in sales and marketing. Flexible working hours may be required, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 8 years experience in management, sales, or marketing operations.
- General Manager experience with emphasis on Boutique and Luxury.
