This is a highimpact leadership position requiring a dynamic executive with a strong background in private banking investment management and business development.

The role involves full P&L responsibility overseeing operations sales strategy regulatory compliance and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of HNW/UHNW clients and private banking professionals to accelerate the firms market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Expansion
  • Define and execute strategic growth plans to strengthen market positioning.
  • Develop and implement client acquisition and sales strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in wealth management and alternative investments.
  • Establish and nurture key strategic partnerships.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Build and lead a highperforming sales and relationship management team.
  • Oversee daily operations financial performance and client engagement.
  • Develop a strong corporate culture that fosters collaboration and performance.
Financial & Risk Management
  • Develop and manage the business plan budgeting and P&L targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
