Job Purpose:
- The Assistant Manager, Real Estate Finance products is responsible for assisting the product manager and sales team in day-to-day activities within the division.
- The role ensures timely delivery of projects assigned, manages product‑related policy and process‑related changes.
- Assist in ensuring product‑related documents, contracts, processes and policies comply with UAE CB regulatory guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:
- New product development and positioning based on market dynamics to ensure HF product/portfolio is a market leader.
- Product management for all active products to ensure HF products are profitable.
- End‑to‑End systems owner for all HF related systems to ensure HF business runs smoothly.
- Focus on brand development & marketing initiatives for product positioning within the Home Finance industry in the market.
- Ensure Sharia governance across all products, processes, and services offered by the Home Finance Business.
- Manage institutional partner relationships such as vendors (Takaful / Evaluators) and other partners to ensure deliverables from partners to the HF business continue without hindrance.
- Lead Business Development initiatives to increase opportunities for sales via:
- Developer relationships
- Business‑wide strategic partnerships
- Third‑party relationships
- Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.
- Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and mitigate risk.
- Review product performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPI's to ensure desired objectives are met.

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Business from a local or internationally recognized and reputable institute.
- Minimum Experience: 4‑6 years of banking experience with at least 1 year in product development.
- Language Skills: Arabic & English.
