- Manage a portfolio of tenants, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of service to maintain tenant satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Proactively secure new tenants and promote company's available assets to real estate brokers and key accounts to maximize leasing revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely lease renewals, and work with marketing to develop sales kits, collateral, and asset fact sheets.
- Continuously update CRM systems, generate lead and broker performance reports, and recommend process improvements for leasing and tenant management.
