Market leader offering advanced products and services for the construction and building industry.
Ideal Candidate
The Client is seeking the Country Manager for UAE who will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing a multilevel sales network including area managers and technical sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze product positioning within existing and potential leads.
Define and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into prospects and customers in close collaboration with the Marketing Department.
Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies to achieve budget targets, maximize revenues, and drive upselling and customer loyalty.
Lead and motivate the UAE sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dubai branch, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.
Implement company directives and commercial development plans, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a Country Manager or similar role, preferably within the construction or chemical industry. Experience in managing international business operations is essential.
Education: University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering).
Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian language is much appreciated.
Strong computer literacy: Including CRM software, BI tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE market with the ability to analyze trends, interpret economic conditions, and formulate relevant recommendations.
Strong customer orientation: And relationship-building abilities.
