The Front Office Night Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations of the front office during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient guest services, and maintaining operational excellence. This position involves supervising the night team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of night reports, handling guest inquiries, and managing administrative tasks. The Night Team Leader will also be tasked with coordinating the night audit process, ensuring that financial records are accurate, and reporting to the Front Office Manager or Night Manager.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or hotel operations role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar systems) is preferred.
